At Ash Bar Co., each order is carefully prepared and packaged by hand. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible while ensuring your products arrive safely and in great condition.
Order Processing
Please allow 1–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, holidays, product availability, or new collection launches.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped using standard shipping methods. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary based on location, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of Ash Bar Co.’s control.
Estimated delivery times after shipment are typically:
- Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days
- Processing + Shipping Time: approximately 4–14 business days total
Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Address Changes & Order Updates
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order. If you need to update your shipping address, make changes to your order, or have any other concerns, please contact Ash Bar Co. as soon as possible and before your order has shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or redirect the package. Ash Bar Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Ash Bar Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
